Rob Tomsett Direct Primary Care PA

Rob Tomsett, PA-C – Provider/CFO (see Rob Tomsett for a more detailed bio) 
Rob received his Physician Assistant degree from the University of Texas in 1995 and received his Master’s degree in 1997 from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He has 35+ years of medical experience including Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Flight Medicine and Pain Management, most of which he acquired while serving in the US Army for 24 years. Rob has been married to his wife, Julie, since 1989 and they have four adult children. In his spare time Rob enjoys spending time with his family, flying his drone, shooting guns, and watching sports.

Julie Tomsett, CEO/Owner
Julie has worked in management in various corporate settings. For many years she was primarily a stay-at-home-mom with various part time jobs including a spokes model for Mad Housewife Wine, an internet retailer and a real estate investor. She is a published author and excels in advertising and marketing. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and traveling.

TeddiJo Walker, Office Manager

TeddiJo,  has been working in the medical field for 11 years. Working in
Geriatric psych, pain management, and Primary care. 
She has a passion for taking care of our patients big or small. TJ has three
children ranging in ages from 1 years old to 15 years old. 
She enjoys watching her children’s sporting and school events, as well as
spending time with her family. 

Michele Potter, PA-C

Michele Potter joined GracePointe Healthcare in February 2022, bringing her
passion for patient education and encouraging healthy lifestyles. She has a background in family practice, as well as pulmonary and sleep medicine, helping patients to manage high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorders, among many other issues. She also has experience working with Ehlers-Danlos
patients and their families.
 
She received her Physician Assistant training at Trevecca Nazarene University, graduating from there in 1988. She has been married to her husband, Phillip, since 1988, and they both enjoy spending time with their 2 grown children as well as their young grandchildren.
 
Michele loves to travel and enjoys doing Travel Medicine at GracePointe as well!

Teresa Triantafilu FNP-BC

Teresa has been serving as a family care provider in Middle Tennessee since 2018. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nursing as well as her family nurse practitioner training at MTSU. Teresa provides quality primary care for all ages through adulthood, with a patient-centered, more natural approach. She has experience in Orthopedics, Trauma, Critical Care, Psych., and Rehabilitation within the hospital setting as a provider. Outside the clinic, Teresa enjoys time spent with her husband and visiting their two grandsons in Southern California. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Brenda Rankhorn PA-C

Brenda decided to attend college after helping raise her seven siblings, homeschooling her three oldest children, and adopting two more.  She has been a pastor’s wife for many years and enjoys listening to and encouraging others and now helping her patients become healthy.  Homeopathy, herbal supplements, exercise science and essential oils are a few of the things that she has spent time studying in addition to traditional medicine. Brenda has been married since 1987 to her high school sweetheart and has five children and six grandchildren. She enjoys running and biking nearly every day, hiking with her children, and studying God’s word.  

Sandy Patient Services Coordinator/RN

Sandy moved to Tennessee from Western Kentucky. She has worked in the nursing field for over 20 years including oncology and urology. She has helped with youth ministry for 10 years and is transitioning to life coaching. She has a passion for helping people and holistic medicine – body, mind and spirit. Sandy has two sons and five grandchildren and in her free time loves nature, travel, yoga, and reading.

 

Dr. Ted Leichner, DO – Supervising Physician 
Dr. Leichner is a native of Adel, GA and a graduate of West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and Board certified through The American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the Army National Guard, has served three tours of duty in Iraq. In his spare time, Dr. Leichner enjoys swimming, running and biking. He and his lovely wife, Delana, reside in Franklin with their six children.
