Rob received his Physician Assistant degree from the University of Texas in 1995 and received his Master’s degree in 1997 from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He has 30+ years of medical experience including Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Flight Medicine and Pain Management, most of which he acquired while serving in the US Army for 24 years. Rob has been married to his wife, Julie, for 24+ years and they have four children. In his spare time Rob enjoys spending time with his family, flying miniature helicopters, shooting guns, and watching football.
Julie has worked in management in various corporate settings over the years. For the last 18 years, she has been hard at work primarily as a stay-at-home-mom with various part time jobs including a spokesmodel for Mad Housewife Wine, an internet retailer and real estate investor. She is a published author and founder of the Franklin Faith Writers group. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at church and her kids’ school, traveling and reading.
Krystal Lynch graduated in 2009 from Vanderbilt University with her Master of Science in Nursing. She was the only mid-level provider in Tennessee to complete her certificate in Advanced Training in Obesity Medicine by the American Society of Bariatric Physicians in 2012. Her practice focuses are Women’s Health and Obesity Medicine.
Krystal is a native of Huntsville, AL. She and her husband, Fount, have been married since 2005 and have three beautiful, boisterous daughters; Naomi, Cordi, and Merri and two fur babies. They are members of Brentwood Hills Church of Christ.
Krystal enjoys traveling, sewing, playing with her kids, golfing and spending time outdoors.
Susan Owens – Patient Services Coordinator Susan has served in the medical field for many years and with GracePointe Healthcare since the beginning. She has a son, daughter and five beautiful grandchildren. When not working, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, Dillard, and their other family members Presley and Jasper (their dogs).
Dr. Leichner is a native of Adel, GA and a graduate of West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and Board certified through The American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the Army National Guard, has served three tours of duty in Iraq and is employed full time with the Veterans Administration. In his spare time, Dr. Leichner enjoys swimming, running and biking. He and his lovely wife, Delana, reside in Franklin with their six children.
